Prep the Eyes

Start by prepping your eyes with a few optional steps to help your makeup last longer during competition.

Apply a thin layer of primer across the eyelid to lock in the eyeshadow. Next, lightly dust loose setting powder under the eyes. This helps catch any fallout and makes cleanup quick and easy later.

Eyeshadow Application

Begin the eyeshadow look by using a dome shaped brush to apply matte brown eyeshadow into the crease and the outer corner of the eye. Use a fluffy brush to blend the color out so it looks soft and even.
