Eye Prep

Start by applying a thin layer of eyeshadow primer across the eyelid. This helps lock in your eyeshadow and keeps everything looking clean and defined throughout the day.

Next, lightly dust loose setting powder under the eyes. This step is optional, but it helps catch any eyeshadow fallout and makes cleanup quick and easy when the look is complete.

Eyeshadow Look

Begin with a light shimmer eyeshadow and use your fingertip to press it into the inner eyelid and near the tear duct. You can also use a Q-tip with a little setting spray to apply this shade to smaller areas.

Next, use a dome-shaped eyeshadow brush to apply the matte teal shade into the crease. Sweep the color back and forth toward the outer corner, then switch to a fluffy brush to soften and blend.

Repeat on the other eye.

Now apply the black eyeshadow using the dome-shaped brush. Press it into the outer corner of the eye in a V shape, then switch to a fluffy brush and lightly blend through the crease to soften the edge.

Pro Tip: For a sharp smokey line, line up your finger from the outer corner of your eye toward the edge of your eyebrow while pressing in the shadow.

If you want a more dramatic look, spray the dome brush with a little setting spray before picking up more black eyeshadow and press it into the outer corner for deeper color. Blend lightly with a fluffy brush.

Next, use your fingertip to apply the teal shimmer shade across the eyelid from the inner lid, through the middle, and up to the outer corner. Use a fluffy brush very lightly to sweep away any loose eyeshadow. You can also use a foam applicator for smooth coverage.

Mascara

Apply two coats of mascara for added volume and definition.

If you added powder under your eyes earlier, sweep it away now along with any remaining fallout.

Lips

Start by cleaning the lips with a makeup wipe to remove any oils, balm, or leftover makeup.

Line the lips first with your matte liquid lipstick, then fill them in using a thin, even coat. Let the lip color dry completely for a few minutes.

Transfer-Proof Tip: To keep the lip color from moving, avoid all chapstick, lip balm, or lip gloss underneath or over the top. Leave the finish fully matte.

Final Look

And that’s the finished Impact Cheerleading Team Makeup Look — bold, clean, and built to perform under competition lights. Have an incredible season!
