Step 1: Prep Your Eyes

Start by applying a thin layer of eyeshadow primer across your eyelid. Primer helps lock in your eyeshadow and makes the colors appear more vibrant.

Next, dust a little loose setting powder underneath your eyes. This helps catch any eyeshadow fallout and makes cleanup much easier when you're finished.

Step 2: Apply the Natural Matte Base
