CE All Stars Cheer Makeup Tutorial
This tutorial includes the Littles, Prep, and Elite Team makeup looks created for CE All Stars. Each tutorial is simple, cheer-ready, and designed for cheerleaders. Follow the steps below to get every team performance-ready.

Littles Team Makeup Look
Step 1: Silver Shimmer Gel
Start with Silver Shimmer Gel to give the eyes a soft sparkle. Use a Q-tip to pick up a tiny amount — a small amount goes a long way. Unload it onto the back of your hand, swirl with your fingertip, and dab it across the eyelid from the inner corner to the outer corner. You can also use a foam applicator.
This shimmer has a lotion-like texture, so apply it with a gentle dab-and-wipe motion. Using too much may prevent it from drying fully, so use a thin layer.
Step 2: Lips
Clean your lips with a makeup wipe to remove oils or balm. Apply your matte liquid lipstick by lining your lips first, then filling them in with a thin coat. Let it dry completely.
Important: Do not apply chapstick, lip balm, or gloss underneath or over the lip color. Keeping it matte ensures it stays transfer-protected.
Step 3: Neon Green Mega Glitter
Use a Q-tip to squeeze out a tiny amount of Neon Green Mega Glitter — about dime-sized or less. Apply it to the temples. Start with a little and add more as needed. Allow about one minute to dry.

Prep Team Makeup Look
Step 1: Prep
Dust loose setting powder under the eyes to catch any fallout. This step makes the cleanup fast and easy.
Step 2: Eyeshadow Look
Matte Brown Crease
Use a dome brush to press matte brown eyeshadow into the crease. Blend with a fluffy brush. Repeat on both eyes.
Black Outer Corner
Use the dome brush to press black eyeshadow into the outer corner in a V shape. Blend with a fluffy brush to soften the edges.
Tip: For clean smokey-eye edges, place your finger from the outer corner of your eye toward the end of your eyebrow while pressing in the shadow.
Light Shimmer on the Lid
Use your fingertip to press light shimmer eyeshadow onto the inner and middle lid up to the black shadow. Blend lightly.
Brown Shimmer Transition
Apply brown shimmer eyeshadow to the outer middle lid to transition between the black shadow and the lighter shade. Blend with a fluffy brush.
Press a little more light shimmer onto the inner lid to brighten the eye and blend softly across the lid.
Step 3: Cleanup & Mascara
Sweep away any loose powder and fallout. Apply two coats of mascara for volume.
Step 4: Lips
Clean the lips with a makeup wipe. Apply matte liquid lipstick by lining first, then filling in with a thin coat. Let it dry completely.
Important: Avoid balm or gloss so the lip color stays matte and transfer-protected.
Step 5: Mega Glitter
Use a Q-tip to squeeze out a small amount of Mega Glitter and apply it to the sides of the eyes. Give it about a minute to dry.

Elite Team Makeup Look
Step 1: Prep
Apply a thin layer of eyeshadow primer across the lids to help the eyeshadow stay in place. Dust loose setting powder under the eyes to catch fallout.
Step 2: Eyeshadow Look
Matte Brown Crease
Use a dome brush to press matte brown eyeshadow into the crease, then blend with a fluffy brush. Repeat on both eyes.
Black Outer Corner
Press black eyeshadow into the outer corner in a V shape and blend softly.
Tip: Use your finger as a guide along the outer edge to keep the shape clean.
Matte Green Lid
Use your fingertip to press matte green eyeshadow onto the inner and middle lid up to the black eyeshadow.
Green Shimmer Layer
Apply green shimmer eyeshadow onto the middle of the lid. Add a second layer if you'd like a brighter finish. Blend softly.
Step 3: Cleanup & Mascara
Sweep away the loose powder and fallout. Apply two coats of mascara for added lift.
Step 4: Optional Magnetic Lashes
If wearing lashes, apply eyeliner first as a guide. Then apply two coats of magnetic eyeliner and place the lashes directly over it. Press gently so all the magnets connect.
Step 5: Lips
Clean lips thoroughly with a makeup wipe. Apply matte liquid lipstick thinly after lining. Let it dry completely.
Important: Keep the lip color matte by avoiding gloss, balm, or chapstick.
Step 6: Mega Glitter
Use a Q-tip to apply a tiny amount of Mega Glitter to the sides of the eyes. Give it about a minute to dry.
